Soooooo I skipped a few days just a few, I've been taking the photos but haven't been uploading them like I should.

I took the dog down to the creek this afternoon and spent an hour or so walking around the creek and taking photos with him. He got to visit with the other dogs roaming around there and run off some energy. He was one tired pup when we got home.

Day 28

A clean car totally attracts rain or snow! EVERY time without fail!!! My poor car is always dirty dirty dirty but every single time I decide its time to clean it, it either rains or snows!! We had gotten about an inch when this photo was taken, now we have a couple, just enough to cover the ice and make driving really miserable. Oh goody I get to drive out to Ethan's OT (22 miles) in this! :P

Yesterday was a pretty stressful day, I took Emily to the eye doctor and she picked out her glasses and we got them all ordered. In 7-10 days my baby girl will have the coolest purple glasses :D
Then after dropping her off and going home I get a phone call saying the kids' bus was hit by a car while it was leaving the school. Thankfully the bus was fine the kids on the bus where all fine, they just had to sit there until the police finished their investigation, and for all that were only about a half hour late getting home.

Taco Tongue!!! LOL! This is Ethan's new thing, he learned how to fold his tongue, into what my kids call taco tongue! Not the greatest of photos but here he is LOL!

Here's Keith doing his favorite activity! He would spend hours on this thing if I didn't monitor him!!
Right now all of their favorite game is Mario Cart, so it gets swapped from one ds to another over and over and someone is always asking where it is.

We got more snow!!!! Finally! This winter has been so weird, but at least it's getting back to normal now! No more 48 degrees :P

Day 24

While walking around my yard I got a little surprise, we had this big wind storm the other day, and it broke a tree in the front yard, and knocked one over int he neighbors yard, and aparently almost knocked one into our house!! YIKES! I was looking at the tree that Keith fell out of last fall when he broke his wrist, and I see this!

I told hubby he has to get out and cut it down before we get another wind storm that blows it through our bedroom window!!

Day 23

Yay!! It's Friday!!! The kiddos all went off to school, and Ethan's Grandparents drove out and picked him up so he could spend some time with them. I got ME time! Omg! That never happens!!
So I sat around the house for awhile and got to talk to my girls! (Becky & Patty) After that I got a long shower and no one pounded on the door, or snuck in and left the door open!
I drove into town with "my" music on and no one whined about the songs LOL! Got to hang out with Daisy while her 4 3 year olds napped (she does daycare) Kels woke up early from her nap so I got to play with her and snap some pics. She has grown sooo much! She is six months old now and almost crawling and sitting!

If you have a teenage daughter you know what I mean when I say I hate the whole "boyfriend" thing!!! Don't get me wrong I really like Kalvin, I'd just like him a whole lot better if he wasn't my daughter's boyfriend!!! He is a sweet kid (kinda) he calls her all the time and they talk for hours (insert eyeroll) He comes over and hangs out all the time and he's nice to her siblings which is more than I can say for her LOL
Here they are playing some bubble popping game on his cell phone, most of the time they swap phones, Melissa likes the bubble game he has on his and he likes the tetris game she has on hers

Not a whole lot going on today, didn't go do a whole lot except blow the whole diet thing by going to Taco Bell :P Bad me!
Ok so if your hubbys are like mine, your Christmas lights stay up for the majority of the year. I'm going to have to beat him if he doesn't get these things down soon though!!
They are collecting ice!

Ok so I must confess that I forgot my camera at home when hubby and I went to town, and when I took Ethan to the bus, it was not a good day LOL!
I did remember to grab it when I walked (yay me I walked! Boy was I feeling it on the uphill walk too!) down to the bus stop.
This tree caught my eye cause of all the leaves still hanging on! Wow! Ummm we lost our leaves around the middle of Oct. So these things have hung on through freezing, snowing, and our windstorm that blew trees over and our trash cans down to the bottom of the hill, and yet even more snow!

Day 19

My Lil Emily girl got her hair cut today, it's soooo short!!! She actually picked it out the other day when Keith and Melissa got theirs cut, but it was so short I made her wait a couple days to make sure she wouldn't change her mind. Guess she is like her Mamma and likes her hair short!
When we got home from doing that Melissa sat her down and did a little make over on her! I was laughing so hard when I was taking pics it's amazing that any of them turned out!

16, 17, & 18

My Sis and little nephew went home on Friday, poor Laura got stuck in Juneau cause they canceled both the ferry and the flight that she was scheduled on. Ugh! She was glad to finally get home!
Here's a pic I took of the little guy before they went and got on the plane. I sure miss them! Nothing like sweet baby snuggles!

We have had some of the weirdest weather up here, it's supposed to be cold it's January! Is it cold? NO! It's been really warm upper 30's up to the highest was 48! Almost all of our snow is gone, the roads have been horrible! Very ICY! I've gotten stuck on our road twice, and I have 4 wheel drive!
Anyway it was warm enough the other day we stopped at the park to let the kids run off some energy. Ethan loves the swing!

And here's todays. We had to drive into Anchorage to pick Em up from her friends house. Then on the way home there was a beautiful sunset behind us, so I had to pull of the road and catch it.

Day 14 & 15

Lil Jarehn is doing great! He got out of the hospital and has only had to have tylenol a couple times. I'm sure going to miss them when they head home tomorrow :(
We did find out that they are going to have to come back in 4-6 weeks for a check with the surgeon! YAY! I'll get to see them again!

Days 11, 12 &13

Wow! What a busy couple days!! My sis called me the other night and told me that they where flying up here cause my sweet baby nephew had to have surgery! Poor baby is only 7 weeks old. :( He had his surgery this morning, he had 3 hernias that had to be fixed two in the groin and one in his belly button. He did really well but has to overnight in the hospital for observation, something about because he was premature the oxygen centers of the brain aren't developed or something weird like that. This was my very favorite one, I took these the 11th

OOOk the 12th, we had to take little J to the surgeon, the cardiologist, back to the surgeon, & down to x-ray. WHEW! It was a long long day!

Then today, before surgery, mommy was getting some pre IV snuggles. She just couldn't stand to watch them put the IV in so she ended up waiting out in the hall while Aunty stayed with him. Meanies poked him 3 times!! Poor lil guy!

Then his lil sweetness after surgery all bright eyed and calm!! He would rather lay in his bed and not be messed with. He's perfectly content with that! Start messing with him and he starts squeaking and crying :(

Hopefully I will stay caught up, doing all my editing resizing and everything in one night is a little much! I won't keep my fingers crossed since sis and baby aren't heading home til Friday! I'm so happy I got to see them even if my poor nephew was picked on!

Day 9 & 10

Sooo shoot me I didn't get a chance to do my blog post last night. Hubby and I bought Mario Cart for the Wii last night and ended up staying up til after midnight playing it.

Here's my little pup Chance, yesterday's photo :)

He Loves to lay on the backs of the couches and watch out the window. So he can bark at people, birds, the wind, whatever.
The back cushions on the couch are starting to rip from his fat little butt!
And my youngest daughter Emily Jo. I caught her while she was eating her lunch so she has crumbs all over LOL! She is by far the worst when it comes to letting me get photos of her. She will run the other direction, or make goofy faces at me.

Okey dokey I've done this for 8 days! Yay me! Thanks Patty for keeping me on track! Todays wonderful photo is Ethan, he had just woken up from him nap, and I was making him eat lunch before he had to go catch the bus to school. He looks soooo happy doesn't he!
I went in to Eagle River today also and got some neat pics of some eagles, wish I had had a good zoom lense with me though cause they aren't very close up :P

Any it's still below zero!! 17 degrees below as a matter of fact! :P So my daughter thought I was NUTSO when I called her and told her to get her white sweater on and meet me outside. I was driving home and hadn't had a chance to get my pic for today. Then I had to run down to the bus stop to pick Ethan up. Here's her pic!

Another day of outdoor pics! It’s one of the things I love about winter, possibly the only thing cause I certainly don’t love the freaking cold weather!!!

This is really funny, we see the moon all day, I took this picture just after 3 this afternoon, it was still sunny and bright out but there’s that moon!

Then of course we have several others I took to Cause I can’t just take one! We stopped at the fire Station by our house and walked out behind it. Normally it’s too cloudy or hazy to see mt mckinley but We saw it today!

Ethan actually did ok going back to school today. He was crying about going and I kept telling him mommy will pick you up from the bus as soon as your done. Then when the bus stopped and I got him in the car he started telling me See Mommy I told you I would be back! Like I was the one worried LOL!
